Each topper features a scalloped base made with beautiful coordinating, high quality cardstock. The design with your specifications will be placed on top to create a 3D look.

Our banners aren't just for Birthdays...

Our Basic Banner base price of $15.75 allows for up to a 14 piece design - additional pieces are $1 each. Each piece measures 3" in diameter and is connected using coordinating ribbon.

Our Larger Banner base price of $38 allows for up to a 14 piece design - additional pieces are $1.25 each. Each piece measures 5" in diameter and is connected using coordinating ribbon.
5" pieces (for decorations) are $2.50 each.
